Make a Commitment

To the 2018 Operating Budget (*This page will remain live until Labor Day 2018)

Commitments can be made to the 2018 Operating Budget by completing the Vital Signs stewardship campaign form.  This form changes yearly as the stewardship campaign for each year is determined.  Commitments are made for the period of January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
