Team Leaders (formerly tour guides)
Team leaders are students in the 11th or 12th grade who volunteer to serve as leaders of the project’s small groups. Responsibilities include: creating a cohesive, supportive and productive team, serving as construction leaders, and providing spiritual direction to the other youth participants. Team leaders are expected to be effective and efficient leaders on the worksite and will be leading teams of volunteers in various home repair projects.
