Hold on My child, joy comes in the morning. Weeping only lasts for the night. The darkest hour means dawn is just in sight. – Psalm 30:5

Food Addicts

There is an FA meeting at Northside Church! FA is a 12 Step Program for food addiction. It is modeled after AA. The treatment is for addiction to food rather than alcohol. This program is different from other weight loss programs in that it is not a diet. It is a healthy way of eating that is sustainable for life, combined with a spiritual solution to the issues that were driving the unhealthy eating. FA has been around for many years and has strong fellowships in many large cities but is only now beginning to take off in Atlanta. If you or someone you know could benefit from this, please come! Drop-ins are welcome.

This FA meeting will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 10–11:30AM in The Scout Lodge. All are welcome! For more info you can visit the website at www.foodaddicts.org or contact Katherine, the Facilitator, at fainatlanta@gmail.com or 404.539.0080.
