Thank you for your interest in booking your event at Northside Church!  To streamline the process, we have made our forms available online.  Please read the Facilities Guidelines carefully before submitting any forms.

If you are a Northside staff member and you are planning an event or need to request usage of a room, please fill out our online Event Request by clicking the button below.

 

If you are part of an outside group wishing to use our church facilities, please continue reading.
